What CribThis! collects and why
A plain description of what the site actually does with your data. We do not sell personal data.
Browsing without an account
Research pages, calculators, the builder (up to 5 Cribs) and the open API work without signing in. Calculator inputs and anonymous builder selections stay in your browser and are not saved to our database.
Accounts
If you sign up, we store your email address and sign-in details through our hosting backend. You can sign in with email and password or with Google; with Google we receive the basic profile Google shares, such as your email.
Saved Crib Sheets
Sheets you save are stored against your account. Only you can read them directly. If you share a sheet, anyone with its share link can view it. Pro branding you add (logo, brand name, colour) is stored with the sheet.
Payments
CribThis Pro is paid through Stripe. Card details go to Stripe, not to us. We store your subscription or pass status so the site knows which plan you're on.
Crib of the Week email
If you subscribe to the digest, we store your email and confirmation status and send email through Resend. Every digest has an unsubscribe link.
Analytics and error reports
We use PostHog to understand how pages are used. It is set to create person profiles only for identified users, not anonymous visitors. Technical error reports are collected so we can fix broken pages.
Your requests
To access, correct or delete your account data, email highcaliberai.fleet+cribthis@gmail.com from the address on your account. More ways to reach us are on the contact page.
